The wedding party stays on the property all weekend. Check-in opens at noon Thursday, check-out is noon Monday. Ring the gate when you arrive and someone will let you in.

Elyse arrives at 9 with linens, the bubble machines, the steamer, and everything Morgan shipped ahead. Walk through the personal items together:

Bevmo delivers between 9 and 11: welcome-party alcohol to the Ranch House dining table, wedding alcohol to the catering garage. Rentals load in all morning.

Steven from On Rotation sets up a sound system at the pool. It's yours to plug a playlist into. Have one ready.

Led by Elyse Events. Casual, straight from the pool, before anyone gets ready for the evening. Shouldn't take more than half an hour. Anyone walking in the processional should be here, parents included. Morgan and Chris sign the marriage license.

Mckenzie looks after Owynn, Avery, and Taylor at the Ranch House for the whole welcome party.

Leftover food goes in the Ranch House fridge and leftover drinks land at the game-room bar. Consider this your late-night snack stash.

Lucia Palenik and The Queen's Bees run two chairs each for hair and makeup. Find your slots below and be in the chair a few minutes early. Everyone is finished by noon, touch-ups at 11:15. Bring reference photos of what you want.

Lunch from Lincoln Deli is delivered while everyone gets ready, so nobody walks down the aisle hungry.

Elyse checks in with you both before setup starts. Florals at 9:30, dance floor at 10, photographers Bobby and Kelley at 11 for flat-lays, Brandon (cinema) at 12, The Social Vow at 12:15. Full setup is photo-ready by 2:30.

Yoga, a beach run, a workout class, or a surf. Chris is picking one. Breakfast or lunch is built into the block afterward, so come hungry. Wear something you can sweat in. You get 30 minutes to shower, then be at the Gentlemen's Club at noon to start getting ready.

Robes on, glam done, photographers in the room.

One hour, start to finish. Be fully dressed by 1:00 for photos. Elyse will pin boutonnieres and straighten pocket squares.

Family: this one is just for Dennis and Bob. Everyone else in the family can get ready wherever you like.

Whoever's helping Morgan into her dress needs to be fully dressed first. By 12:45 everyone is ready and Elyse hands out bouquets.

Dressed, boutonnieres on, pocket squares straight. Photographers swing through for the classic cufflinks-and-whiskey shots.

Family: again, just Dennis and Bob. No one else needs to be here.

1:50 – 2:10 bridesmaids with Morgan, groomsmen with Chris. 2:10 – 2:30 everyone together. Then you're free until 3:00.

Photo and video capture the finished ceremony, cocktail, and reception spaces with nobody in them. Please stay clear of all three for this half hour.

Guests start arriving and get a glass of champagne. Wedding party is together and ready by the windmill. Reed has the rings until he hands them to Owynn. Elyse makes sure family members have their flowers.

Guests are seated, front two rows held for immediate family. Processional order:

Passed appetizers, full bar, and a playlist. Immediate family stays behind for photos first. Doug gives the cocktail hour toast once everyone is back from taking photos.

Mckenzie has Owynn, Avery, and Taylor from 3:45 through the end of the reception. Kids' dinners are brought to them.

The officiant will ask immediate family to stay seated after the recessional. Thirty minutes, then join cocktail hour. Morgan's dress gets bustled at 4:15 and the two of them join for the last half hour.

The band's MC calls everyone to the reception. Elyse's team helps with seating.

Mother and son, then father and daughter, then the newlyweds. Songs still being chosen.

Slip out with the photographers during the first live set. Sunset is 7:08.

Bar closes at 9:30, a venue rule. The after-party bar picks up where it leaves off.

A 39-passenger coach runs from the ranch to The Rock. Its one job is getting everyone from the wedding to the after party. Plan to Uber from The Rock to your hotel or Airbnb at the end of the night.

Elyse moves cards, gifts, and decor into the Ranch House. Leftover alcohol goes to the game-room bar. Florals move to the Barn for Vanessa Noel's Wednesday event unless you want to keep any. Gates close at 11 and all guests and vendors must be off the event grounds.

Bella Vista strikes the truss and stage at 9. Avenue Twelve picks up 11 to 1. All About Events, Theoni, and Got You Cover'd are still TBD. Nothing here needs you present.

Family and groomsmen get there first and have it ready by 11. Half an hour, five jobs:

Bags in the rental car, marriage license in the glovebox, coffee in hand. Leaving by 8:15 keeps the courthouse stop and the flight comfortable.

Hand in the signed license so it becomes an actual marriage certificate. California gives you ten days after the ceremony, so Monday is well inside the window. Bring photo ID and the license Elyse handed back after the rehearsal signing.

Rooms clear by noon.
